We equip girls and women with menstrual health education and reusable pad-making skills to promote dignity, confidence, and school retention.

Environmental Protection & Climate Resilience

Through reforestation, waste recycling, and eco-friendly livelihood programs, we build environmental sustainability and climate resilience.

Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH)

We promote safe water access, latrine construction, and hygiene education to prevent disease and improve quality of life in rural and refugee settings.

Refugee Empowerment & Livelihoods

We train refugees, especially women and youth, in vocational skills, psychosocial support, and peacebuilding to restore dignity and independence.


Rutnak Pearl Development Foundation – Uganda is a grassroots, women-led NGO transforming lives in Uganda’s refugee settlements and rural communities.
Founded by Nasasira Ruth, we empower women, girls, and families through programs in Environmental Conservation, Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH), Refugee Empowerment, and Menstrual Health Management (MHM).

Together, we are building a society where every woman and girl lives with dignity, health, and opportunity.
