Refund & Cancellation Policy

At RUTNAK Pearl Development Foundation (RPDF), we deeply appreciate every contribution made towards empowering the boy child in Uganda. Donations and sponsorships directly support programs that promote mentorship, education, health, and skills development.

Donations and Sponsorships

  • All donations made to RPDF are considered voluntary and non-refundable, as funds are immediately directed towards ongoing community programs and beneficiary support.

  • However, if a donation was made in error or without authorisation, you may request a review within 30 days of the transaction by contacting us at info@rutnakfoundation.org.

  • Refunds, where approved, will be processed using the original method of payment.

Event or Program Contributions

  • In cases where a paid event, training, or sponsorship package is canceled by RPDF, supporters may choose between:

    • Full refund, or

    • Redirecting the amount as a donation to support ongoing programs.

Merchandise or Branded Materials (If Applicable)

If RPDF provides physical items such as branded merchandise or resource materials:

  • Only items that are unused, in original condition, and returned within 30 days may be considered for exchange or review.

  • Shipping costs for returning any physical items will be the responsibility of the sender.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have been approved for a refund and have not received it:

  1. First, check your bank or mobile money account.

  2. Then contact your payment provider, as posting times may vary.

  3. If you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at info@rutnakfoundation.org for assistance.
